Are your products made with natural wax?

Yes! Our products are made with 100% natural soy wax that burns cleanly and efficiently. We also use cotton wicks and all of our products are vegan. The vegan friendly soy wax we use is from a sustainable source, and is cleaner burning than other waxes (such as paraffin/mineral wax) and contains no toxins, carcinogens or pollutants which means it’s less likely to trigger allergies.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals. We pride ourselves on being a natural & vegan company.

How quickly will my order arrive?

For standard UK delivery please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. We send all of our orders via either Royal Mail 2nd class tracked or Evri for your peace of mind.

Where is my order?

The item I want is showing as out of stock.

Don’t fret! We restock regularly and always strive to make sure we have enough stock. If an item is showing as out of stock, this should only be temporary. Please check back again in a few days.
